With over 17 years procurement expertise within the NHS environment Brian has held senior leadership roles at a local, regional and national level. Having played a leading role in the inception of value based procurement and now presently consulting as Value Based Procurement lead for the English NHS Supply Chain organisation, Brian is uniquely placed to provide context and understanding to the current NHS procurement landscape and how this experience can be adapted and applied in other international health systems.
